Testimonials

"What a huge relief to have found Cavalry Computers. In the midst of computer chaos Mark is unfailingly helpful, cheerful and won't let a crisis happen. I don't know how I or my business managed before he came along".

Jean Oliver Consultancy, Maidenhead

I offered this reference to Mark unprompted, and it's a real pleasure to do so. First of all, Mark can certainly fix computers (he fixed hardware and software issues where some computer shops were just stumped). In my experience though, Mark not only understands computers (and all the supporting stuff like wireless), he understands people. We felt that he was helping us to achieve all that we wanted from using computers (but which too often seemed like someone else's experience, rather than our...). We called Mark and he came around, talked through our needs and then took our two wonky computers away. He brought them back in very good shape, set them up for us so they worked properly (we were really pleased about that!) and went on to give us solid support on buying equipment, virus protection, wireless and networking. Even when I changed my requirements in some of these areas, Mark was very flexible. We have the usual family computer (and some small business) usage. Mark provided an excellent service and he is really good value. I just hope he's got some free time if we ever need him again!
