OK... stop and breathe... if it's stopped,  crashed,  blue screened or not even started you have two options...

1)        Turn every thing off (including the disk drive if external). Wait 10 minutes.  Go make a cup of             tea. Start it all up again (reboot)

            It works sometimes, believe me and it's known as the '10 minute miracle'

2)        Didn't work?  Don't waste time if it's gone and don't start saving other stuff, you might write             over it.  Call Cavalry Computers
